By accessing and using Field Photos ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Field Photos provides a mobile application and web platform for construction project photo documentation, organization, and sharing. The Service allows users to capture, store, organize, and share project photos with clients and stakeholders.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload to Field Photos. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use all content you submit.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute viruses or any other harmful computer code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-uploaded content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Field Photos and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Field Photos, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
